Bonus Weeks at The Paw Pad for Extra Training and Confidence Building
Sometimes three (or four) weeks just isn’t enough — and that’s where our Bonus Weeks come in. These are designed exclusively for Paw Pad graduates who want extra salon time to really cement their skills.
During your bonus week you’ll:
- Work with a wide mix of real dogs
- Focus on areas you want to improve, whether that’s clipping, scissoring, styling or handling
- Build up speed and confidence working to salon standards
- Pick up extra tips, tricks and one-to-one support from our trainers
- Leave with even more grooms under your belt, ready for paying clients
It’s flexible, practical and pressure-free — no exams, no theory, just hands-on experience in a supportive salon environment.
Price: £899 per week
Spaces are very limited as we only run these on selected weeks, and they’re only available to Paw Pad graduates.
What would happen if dog grooming became regulated?
If grooming ever becomes regulated, it’s likely to be licensing + competence, not one mandatory qualification — similar to other UK animal-activity licensing models.
